Oreo cookies? I didn't see a lot of chocolate options?

Yeah, oreos are fine. Chocolate graham crackers are another option.

Should I go for the good quality cream cheese?
@foodandgladnessКүн бұрын
I don't think it makes a big difference here. I mean, it always makes a difference but not enough that you have to go high quality.

I have just recently discovered Goya brand Sazon, it is good stuff, I use it quite often. The only thing about it that gives me an issue is the Annatto which gives it the red color which I assume is very popular in Latin cultures...but not alway's right for me.
@foodandgladness11 күн бұрын
You're right, annatto is big in Latin cultures. I remember my grandmother having a big container of it that she would use to mix her own spice blends. BUT! to your point, you can actually get sazon without annatto. In the goya brand the package looks the same except that it's white on the top and says "sin achiote." You may have to source it online but it's there 😉

Thank you for sharing! (For something that's so basic like popcorn, believe it or not, i've never been sure of which oil to use to make it & when to add the butter.) 👍 I've really enjoyed all the videos you folks do: the travel videos & the tours of places & i really appreciate how Maddy always includes the recipes to read ( i write them down.) Thank you for the work you both put into these & Maddy, luv your recipes, decor & tips, Great job! Blessings from W.V.🎉
