BlackWayGreymon is probably one of the most misunderstood villains in digimon simply 'cuz he's not even a villain. He disses Arukenimon. Goes on a wonton mayhem all over the digital world in search of answer for the purpose for his existence. Has an epic throw down against the his original counterpart ... yeah we all love that episode. But in the end, he did something no villains would've done. He protects an old mans life with his own. Tributes to BlackWarGreymon one of the best antagonists in digimon.

You know what would've been awesome? MetalGarurumon fighting him. He knows what it feels like to go to the dark side. It would've been cool if he either thought Agumon somehow dark digivolved again and wanted to bring him back, or just wanted to help Black WarGreymon find his way. All he needed was a friend and Gabumon achieved his forms mostly through friendship. This could've been such a huge arc for Gabumon.
