Remember, my Shepherd pup going down stairs for the first time - was a bit of rough and tumble. He enjoyed them so much, he would take his squeaky ball to the top, let it go and watch it bounce down. He'd then come down and keep repeating the game.

@@user-uf3rh8kf9s I don’t have a lot of experience with dogs or any pets, but yes, sometimes she surprises me with a “plot”. We are involved in a lot of training and different classes. I will catch her doing things “wrong” so after she is steered or corrected toward “right”, she gets a treat. So she purposely does things wrong. In that, it occurred to me that she is smart.
