Great work mate though please be careful and do these exercises with a spotter also you would love to learn break falling techniques that can help you avoid getting injured while training muscles differently.

Appreciate the advice. At the moment I'm focusing only on strength in the hand stand and fight for every second of height and balance. While I post my Success there are many falls along the way, one bad fall is enough to ruin the strongest persons health. At this moment in my life I am all ways causes of the ground. I do post parkour freerunning clips that might interests you with rolling and falling included. Inward rolls are my favorite..!
