You can do it! I've had amazing results since transitioning to a plant based lifestyle. Don't know if plant based is your goal or if you are just fasting but I feel amazing and have changed my life for the better. I was overweight, the most I ever weighed in my life, swole and full of inflammation. I had high blood pressure and I just wasn't accepting that or the simple fact of taking a pill for the rest of my life to regulate it. Spent time researching and educating myself and made the transition in January of this year. Inflammation gone, lost 69lbs in 3 months and been checking my blood pressure daily at home and eliminated my blood pressure medication.
