As someone who has never worked in the food industry, I would love to get to have a tour of the restaurant (front and back!), maybe a walk through of your workstation and explanation of what everything is and when/what you use for, and even maybe a menu walk through!

i would love a food truck myself making burgers as well. my only criticism is that you need to learn your griddle. i own a Blackstone and i have figured it out to the point i made a heat map for anyone else using my Blackstone
