Happy New Year!! Praying for all good things for you and your family! I say, try whatever you can to get healthy. Let Bobby do whatever he wants on his own. You should try different things and find what works for you. When you try a new diet, you might make the same things over and over until you learn new recipes. Or maybe you are a creature of habit and the same foods daily are fine. The sugar, dextrose, and maltodextrin, etc. they put in everything makes your brain crave those bad foods. I'm doing a low carb diet and walking on my walking pad at least 10k steps per day and its working for me. My hubby does carnivore and takes supplements for whatever nutrients he lacks. I cook meat, chicken, or fish for dinner for us both. Meat for him, smaller portion of protein for me and I have side dishes. I'm also a snacker and hubby isn't so we do our own thing until dinner. Congrats on continuing this journey! Be blessed.

Hey Val. I love those salads also I call it a chopped salad. I love olives and cottage cheese and red onions, boil eggs, and I don’t know what else. We have been going to Wendy’s ever since the E Coli thing happened at Mickey D’s. I had forgotten how good a Wendy’s burger was. Yes baby girl keep holding on to Gods unchanging hand. He will never fail to or forsake you. The only place that has us waiting in Alabama is Popeyes. Because they don’t cook the chicken until it’s ordered. It takes soooooo long.
