Easiest ways imo are explosion of namek or pq 1, pq 1 is best for underlevelled people and on explosion of namek only frieza seems to use skills but hes by himself, i have yet to see the time patrollers on this quest use any moves at all, they just burst dash or wander around doing basic attacks so theyre easy to kill
