For me, Neige is a member of my family/pack and she is a wonderful wolf with an incredible personality. She is still very young, dominant, playful and growing fast. I dare saying she is as violent as a Husky can be if allowed to. That’s why from time to time she needs to remember what her place is in the pack, just as for any dog/wolf type animal.

Thank you for your message. They are both happy Huskies and that’s all that matters in the end. People imagine things based on a few seconds without knowing what happened before and after a clip. We are always filming while playing and there is nothing staged or forced, it is only a game and the Huskies love playing. Being « violent » with a cucumber and very peaceful with red meat is the pure definition of a Husky clown spirit (in the good way).

@@Patriots-Inc.1776 some dogs are naturally food, aggressive, and you have to be aggressive back and show dominance against them by grabbing them by the scruff of the neck and holding them down, displayed in this video, not hitting them or punching them just grabbing them by the back of the neck like another dog would do

She is a dominant Husky and has a wonderful and playful personality. But sometimes she decides a cucumber has a higher value than a piece of meat or fish :)) She was playing with me, just as I was playing with her. Today she decided to be more peaceful while eating her beef rib.

Neige is a dominant Husky that eats every day beef, fish and only natural food. In this clip she is playing with a piece of cucumber (very low value treat for her). She placed the piece of cucumber in front of her mouth and legs and she is waiting for someone to come and « dare » messing around with her toy just so that she has a reason to start a chase, this is what she does every day with a toy, with a leaf, with a butterfly or with something that is not of « high value » for her. This is her way of asking to engage so she can spend her energy, especially in summer. I grabbed her very fast and I placed her on the ground because this is how it must be done with Huskies to remember her that there is still a hierarchy in her pack. In order for a Husky to understand that what he is doing is not accepted the human intervention must come very quick (whether it is giving her a treat for good behavior or saying strongly “NO” or fixing her on the ground for something very bad as trying to bite a finger even while playing). If you wait before reacting the Husky will not understand for which action you are acting upon him. I never kick or hurt my Huskies and they request only one thing in order to be happy together: a clear hierarchy. When a Husky is doing something which is not allowed by their leader (Alpha) it always ends up with a very violent fight which can sometimes end up with the weaker Husky losing a piece of its ear or being severely bitten. Huskies are related to wolfs and this should be kept in mind.

I really get peeved listening to ppl who think animal's are babies.. as someone who trained dogs for the PD for years in my teens, I can assure you that this dog neither felt any pain here (watch them play with each other and how hard they can go) or was anyway teased or messed with. What this person did was exactly what should have been done and is exactly what the comment requested (teaching the dog the right way). Dogs don't understand words like people or children. They understand pecking order as the alpha would have taken a nice chunk out of that dog to display that pecking order. People please for the love of God stop treating animal's like they are children, then try to exterminate breeds (i.e., pitbulls) because you messed around and found out they aren't.

She is way overprotective with her food, now she is almost 7 months old but it was very hard at the beginning. If there is a game while eating she is very playful and no bad character. But today she showed agressivity but she didn’t really bite (she could have as she is strong enough).
