Baar is great. He's accessible and generous with his knowledge. Kyla, your active listening is fantastic. As the kids say, lots of rizz.

Father of a active college athlete, daughter I love that Dr Sims is getting this information out. She's really helped us, for Years, learning how to handle all the changes/differences with training. Young girls need to hear this early and parents need to as well.

Keith baar is an excellent communicator and keeps honing his skills as time goes on. Very helpful info load the tendon when injured through isometric , mobilise it , collagen and gelatin are showing decent utility but more research is needed .

Thank you, Dr. Allannah McKay, as a student who wants to be a performance dietitian this is helpful to learn, I was not aware of the impact altitude has on iron absorption. Thank you Nutritional Revolution for bringing such an important topic up.

Oohh lots of stuff one can do for fructose intolerance. I hope Renee knows it is something she should not have to ‘live’ with. Just means her gut (like sooo many people) possibly bas a microbial imbalance, is inflamed and ultimately needs a lot of rebuilding and repair work to strengthen.
