Great idea and program except for the female interviewer. Totally inappropriate to have a woman who knows nothing about the military interviewing war vets. Totally ridiculous.

Merci, dommage que ce ne soit pas sous-titré en français, car le sous-titrage YT est un peu cocasse parfois.

Listening to these interviews I think back...I was born in 59, an only child. We didn't have any family members over there...but...we were all just going about our lives while this was going on. Had no real awareness of it. I'm just learning about what it was like over there and what it was like when our soldiers came home. It just breaks my heart to hear how they were treated. Now I hug every veteran I see and tell him THANKYOU FOR YOUR SERVICE.

I’ve struggled with my love of music and playing instruments…. Have mastered exactly none. Recorder, acoustic guitar, bugle, side drum, piano. I absolutely have no envy, just painful admiration for such talent. Funny how KZbin is a confessional

My husband was debriefedin the same manner when he left Vietnam. Imagine his surprise while watching a history channel show about the Vietnam war and alot of the very scenarios he had kept quiet about were mentioned on the broadcast. He was extremely upset and recalled some of horrific details he had never before divulged to me. He felt our govt.had slapped him in the face again.
