I had my purse stolen in OXFORD STREET LONDON WEST-END. It was a group of women from ROMANIA ,they work in groups the women pinch your wallet or purse, and someone outside is giving it,mostly men! And they disappear until they meet up and share the spoils,I gather from a friend who’s Romanian that they and POLISH MOTHERS AND FATHERS usually put ALCOHOL IN THE BABIES MILK SO THAT THEY KEEP QUITE WHEN OUT BEGGING OR PICKPOCKETING
