Are you using the new product series now? The plugs of the new product series all adopt a snap-on design. So when pulling out, you need to press down on the top of the plug with your finger to pull it out.

@@BMS-Lithiumbattery yes, every set of cables come with the hook. But the hook is too small to hold! Unless the hook is made longer else yours fingers are grabbing the cables when pulling.

You can, just scratch the plastic with a needle let the gas out then tape it up so no moisture can get inside. I've just done it to stop the back glass being pushed off the back of the phone, also ordered a new battery too because this isn't any type of fix.

@@BMS-Lithiumbattery sir i tried but its says invalid. Upon searching blogs came to know that com board is required to get the protocol change. Can you check with disconnected com board, does bluetooth app alone is able to change the protocol. In your video com is communicating with bms even you are not using it for rs485 port.

@BMS-Lithiumbattery We too have tried this exact same setup, after figuring out the pin out of full orange wire with 485_B which is pin 1 in the Daly 485 slot and orange/white with the 485_A which is pin 2 in the Daly 485 slot, we went to the app tried setting the protocol to Growatt and 485 and received an invalid input error. This is with firmware ver 2.3.22 and software 31_231109_001T. The Growatt was set to Li and protocol 04. Is there a different protocol number that it should be set to ?
