I leave it dry. It will last months, but I use mind in everything I cook except eggs..

Use a stockpot to cook the carbs, so the carbs gets soaked into the sauce. When the carbs are covered into the curry sauce. All the sauce will go into the carbs. It will taste more better when all the sauce is inside the carbs. Great work. Also you say you use curry powder. What kind curry powder is that? Yellow curry in Indian is called turmeric! What's the name of the curry powder you use? Comment below please. Thanks from Canada
