Thank you so much for sharing Kai’s story which is intertwined with your journey to Christianity. This is a story of love, pain, struggle, faith, trust, healing, and Gods providence. The imagery you created through telling the story allowed me to see the full picture. Kai’s story and your experiences will stay with me. I am looking forward to your future episodes. Memory eternal ✝️❤️

To me, when I have seen a Mandorla I have always had two different kinds of responses. To me it looks like a womb, and Christ emerging from a womb. Another impression is that it seems like an irruption of the Divine into our space, to use a science fiction kind of language kind like a interdimensional portal that face in two directions--into our world and into the Divine World.

A very good overview of the meaning of the Mandorla. Nice to bring in F. Tiso's work. So much to unpack and go into further. Good job.

@@JohnKlimakos I also appreciate the way you spoke warmly about Non-Christian traditions, including Santeria. Maybe you could define Santeria a little more for people who don't know what it is at some point.
