This is really amazing! It looks so challenging to do a duet with a piano and an organ, as I’m sure it is difficult to hear each other. I play piano completely by ear and so did my mom. I often played on the keyboard and she was on the piano. She could read music, I knew the very basics from elementary school but didn’t stick with lessons. My piano teacher was awesome but I about died because of the recitals. Not literally of course but I was terrified of them and wanted to just enjoy playing without the audience. I regret not pursuing piano but I’m working hard at it now. My most favorite thing in the world was playing with my mom and listening to her play. We lived together and were so close. I inherited the musical gift from her and she from her mom and one person from each generation before. It makes it so special. Sadly after coming home from the day out earlier this year, my mom rested on the couch and never woke up. I tried reviving her and professionals did all they could but she was gone. A couple of months later I saw this ad for an online piano academy. Seemed too good to be true but the seed was certainly planted. I can’t afford traditional lessons but this one is affordable for me. It’s a Christian academy and many of the leaders are Juilliard grads. I figured they had to be good.😃 I don’t want our piano to go silent. I’ve only been working on it for a few weeks but it’s been amazing to see the progress. I was born with hearing loss and yet God gave me the gift of hearing music perfectly. I know He can give me the ability to play like my mom and grandma could. I started a KZbin channel and posted a few videos of my progress. Including the only video of my mom and I playing together. I was off camera on the keyboard. It was definitely challenging to play together because I had to really use my hearing to play in sync and I had my eyes on my mom’s hands as well.

Sooner or later I've got to get back down to Salt Lake City and play the 17th largest pipe organ with 11,623 pipes! I have already played the Mormon Convention Center pipe organ with 7,708 pipes and five keyboards playing Great Is Thy Faithfulness on Friday 7th of April in 2023, and let me tell you, it was a total BLAST to play!

That sounds amazing! I have always wanted to try and play a pipe organ. I grew up visiting a church in Orange County California and was mesmerized by the organ there. It was a beautiful cathedral, and the organ had over 17,000 pipes. Magnificent is an understatement. The sound it made, made me hope heaven has an organ. I love my church I grew up in but very rarely is the organ played. It has maybe 10 pipes. But it’s mostly digital. Pretty looking though.

Each notes were inspired to Bach from Heaven by God thats why Bach's musics are Heavenly. The last words of Bach confirms it as he said "Don't cry for me, for I go where music is born,". The sort of musics we have now in this gen z is far far away from Heavenly music.

This comforts my heart after the death of my dear husband from Parkinson's & dementia. He loved Bach. The nurses told me hearing is the last sense to go so I played Jesu Joy, Beethoven's Ode to Joy, & Pachebel for him as he took his final breaths🫂❤.
