And you go to see all her movie and all of her interviews. And you later send this video clip to me when I needed it the most.

私は久しぶりにこのCDを部屋から見つけ、この曲の詳しい意味や翻訳をつい最近知りました!! この曲も入っているCDアルバムを、私が体調が悪い入院中も聞いてました。でも、検査やらの日常でした。久しぶりに聞くと、とてもいい曲だと私は感じます。年代や時代や、正確な歌詞の意味以上に、私が感覚的に彼女の歌声が、まるで魂からの叫びの様な、孤独で寂しさをぶつけている様に感じました。この曲の歌声や彼女は色褪せないと思います。そして、初めてこちらのコメントの方々の意味を、今は翻訳機能があるおかげで、国は違えど読み、辛さ、それぞれの方々が努力し困難に向かっている事を最近知りました。私は日本人ですが、理由は過労や過酷な勤務や、いじめや、セクシャルハラスメントやパワーハラスメントなど…国ごとに世代ごとに、性別ごとににそれぞれ困難があると感じます。不安定で休みの少ない、低賃金の仕事、理解のない元夫、介護に、家や家族の事などや自分の体調など。国が違うので、悩みも法律も制度も色々違いますが、どこか同じ様に重なる不調や悩みが昔からあります。この曲を通して、原因は色々違っても同じ様な苦しみと闘い、耐えてるコメントにとても勇気づけられてました。辛く、苦しいのは私1人ではないと思えた。偶然、昔のCDアルバムにあったアヴリルのこの曲が繋げてくれました。ありがとう！

Those who are under depression, learn to fight with it with everyday drill like going to gym, learning something, working, socializing keeping yourself busy in work etc. Gym helped me the most. Remember gym is the most important thing to be physically and mentally healthy.
