Básicamente lo que hace el cheat es que sea jugable a 30 fps? porque nativamente va lageado hasta con 40 o 50fps

Sí, ese código hace que valla nativamente a 30fps por así decirlo, pero eso también ya es dependiendo de cada dispositivo. Yo no lo uso porqué puedo correrlo estable a 60fps.
