Are you sure that the A.I. voice license is free and usable without giving up part of the rights/money? I wouldn't want it to be like with splice samples, that they advertise them to you as ''royalty free'' but then actually read the terms and conditions well and you get screwed.. What do you think about the Romplur vst/plugin and would you consider buying it? I would appreciate a review on this one, as many people claim they have been scammed by that company. This makes me unsure whether I should make the purchase, as in the long run, it is really worth having something like this in your possession. Cuz this can get you a ton of money if you advertise it in the right way. There is also a one-time payment option which makes it very attractive.

@@HollywoodFLOSS1 The plugin is called "Romplur" by StudioLinked. You can create your own VST plugins with it. Basically, they give you software that allows you to create VSTs without the need for coding. Some KZbinrs, like SumnSumnSumn HTK and others, have given very positive reviews about it. However, there are also some people in the comment section claiming that they were scammed and did not receive any answers from StudioLinked. I would appreciate your review of this. Thank you. Two videos out now showing this in conjunction with ReMIDI 3 to create some amazing patterns on the fly. 41 Fingers had the first video. Shows how you can map out the rows 1 to 8 on different channels which will then play different patches on any synth.

All your examples had so many notes: including so much harmony (chords) makes it harder to get quality, as your randomizing BOTH a melody and a harmony for it and therefore trying to get LUCKY with them matching up well. Need to try with just simpler melodic lines and at most 2 notes playing at once and only now and then if at all to see it generate melodies which you THEN can harmonize with chords. Would also like to feed it a chord progression with random arpeggiation to get some chord tones and see if from that alone, it can come up with some starting points for a melody or two. I think giving the right kind of input it can have some potential as it does seem to "gradually" drift from the original over the first couple randoms, which is kind of what you want since you can just keep randomizing to get more extreme variations.

I agree. The idea behind this is great. You should try with simpler melodies and chord progressions because, as you said, it randomizes everything, and you have to be lucky to get something good out of it. It can be a starting point, but you don't want to sit in your studio all day, pressing the randomization feature and getting braindead in the process. It kills the creative flow when you spend too much time on a project listening to all sorts of melodies. Eventually, you will close the project and start a new one. In my opinion, they should have considered making it more of a smart randomization rather than completely changing it. Keep the original but use smart randomization to quickly bring a new idea to life.
