Seed oils are very bad for you and cancerous. Switch to avocado oil to deep fry or olive oil for regular fry.

Chef you need to engage with your viewers and tell us what your making and your ingredients. The food looks great but the only time you spoke to the camera was like and subscribe. Do like Rona and Rita so we can learn as well. Hi Rita, Rona, Tama, Thomas and Gardenia, Miss you Emile and Jenny. Can not wait to see wat Rona and Rita cook for Thanksgiving.

Have you guys tried smoked turkey legs? Well come round March during Springbreak is when the rodeo comes around in Tx. They sell a lot of it, and maybe you guys can travel to Dallas for the state fair one of these days too.

Your Family Encouraged My Heart In To Trying New Things In Life, Such As Cooking, Because Cooking Was Never What I Like To Do, But It Has To Be Done Because I Have Kids To Feed. But Just By Watching How You Guys Share Your Talents And Steps Of How To Cook Each Food, Made Me Love The Feeling Of Turning The Stove On And Start Cooking. Manapua's Were My Favorite, Honestly The First Try Didn't Come Out Right, But Thank God My Family Didn't Waist Any Crumbs. But The Second Result Was Hilarious But Still Need To Work On How To Level The Bun And Meat, The Third Was The Same As The First Result, But Thankfully None Went To Waist, Everyone Had There Share🥲Which Is Why I Was So Grateful. Pagipopo was my second meal and Afulu family I tell you whooooooooowui, it came out exactly how it was pictured, everything in and out of this meal was off the hook🤗it was delicious and I tell you, my babies helped me prep and we were hilariously amazed. Now the third meal will definitely be the round plain and banana pancakes, and I have so much faith it will turn out real good.. When I came across your families you tube journey, I have realized you will never learn how to do anything if you don't endure yourself to try, as everything you guys cook looks as easy as it is, I have learned although things will not always turn out as we want them to be, always remind ourselves to never give up and keep going, always believe and have faith that the next time we bring it, it will be perfect as you want it to be. (practice makes perfect) I thank God the most for you all and most for sharing your amazing talents and guiding us in steps by step which will also add new recipes in our kitchen counters to prep and enjoy with our families. Thank You Afulu Family And Cooking With Rona For Patiently Responding In Our Request, God Bless Each And Everyone Of You, And Everyone Who Are Watching And Supporting.
