Motobu Choki was probably the strongest karate fighter to ever exist, easily defeating Gichin Funakoshi three times in sequence, beating a pro boxer in one attack. But he indeed wasn't a great master, he was a bad teacher and a close mind who couldn't addapt to the fact that karate needed to be modernized, Funakoshi himself was a much better teacher and wiser than Motobu. It's not surprising that Motobu's style (Motobu-Ryu) is practiced by only a few people in the world nowadays.

Karate kicks are a fundamental aspect of this martial art, offering a powerful and versatile means of attack and defense. They are characterized by their precision, speed, and focus on utilizing the body's natural power. Key Elements of Karate Kicks: Stance: A strong and stable stance is crucial for delivering powerful kicks. Common stances include the front stance, back stance, and horse stance. Hip Rotation: Generating power in a kick often involves rotating the hips. This rotational force adds significant power to the strike. Body Mechanics: Proper body alignment and coordination are essential for efficient and effective kicks. Focus and Precision: Karate kicks are targeted strikes, aiming for specific vulnerable points on the opponent's body. Common Karate Kicks: Mae Geri (Front Kick): A straightforward kick delivered with the ball of the foot. It can be executed as a snap kick or a thrust kick. Mawashi Geri (Roundhouse Kick): A powerful circular kick delivered with the side of the foot or the instep. It is one of the most commonly used kicks in karate. Yoko Geri (Side Kick): A kick delivered with the side of the foot or the heel. It is a powerful technique that can be used to target the body or the head. Ushiro Geri (Back Kick): A spinning back kick delivered with the heel. It is a high-risk, high-reward technique that requires excellent balance and coordination. Training Karate Kicks: Kihon (Basic Techniques): Practicing basic kicks repeatedly helps to develop muscle memory and improve technique. Kata (Forms): Kata incorporates various kicks, allowing practitioners to practice them in a choreographed sequence. Kumite (Sparring): Sparring provides an opportunity to apply kicks in a realistic setting, testing their effectiveness and timing. Safety Considerations: Proper Training: It is essential to learn karate kicks under the guidance of a qualified instructor to ensure proper technique and avoid injuries. Controlled Practice: Practice kicks with controlled force, especially when training with partners. Protective Gear: Using appropriate protective gear, such as shin guards and gloves, can help minimize the risk of injury. By understanding the key elements, practicing diligently, and prioritizing safety, you can master the art of karate kicks and enhance your overall martial arts skills.

Killing a "tiger" and Mas Oyama killing bulls! What nonsense. If one gets the "All Japanese version" of Mas Oyama and his socalled bulls, it's a young water buffalo where the animal was worked over with a sledge hammer, it's horns already cracked with the sledge hammer, the animal "wrestled to the ground" with that nose ring and the chopping of the horns blurred out by the camera. Meanwhile at the Dojo the mural painted is of one of those monstrous Spanish Bulls used in "Bull fights" in Spain, something that doesn't even resemble what the real "bull" looked like. It's all self promotion and exaggeration. Trying to make of oneself a legion during one's lifetime. It's all ego.

HI My student always said, it is difficult I used to say that victory is enjoyable. That's right, he was the first. The coach ruined his body, I trained him to achieve muscle balance. I punched him in the bag for 15 minutes, I was in pain behind the punching bag. Unless it was discovered and sent to Iran. I say that at that time he was learning the custom and method of strengthening special martial arts. I strongly say that he had something to say in his UCL age. He was in his last year. (He was my first and last student, congratulations) Look at the brains of the student and the teacher...it is like Mourinho.
