Lol 😂. I feel like this sometimes. I think it really depends on the home and more importantly on what you need. I don’t have kids, so the loft is the easy choice. But who knows 10 years from now it might be completely different.

Nice house. Plenty of closet space. Didn’t quite notice the lighting shortage myself. Thanks for pointing it out. Good space. A pulse would cost a lot more. A Toll too. I’m guessing out the door for this would be $650,000. Am I close?

Lennar doesn’t really have a ton of options… For sure you could get this under 600k. The only add on would be flooring which is probably 20-30k upgraded cabinets which are probably 15ish. And backsplash which is a few grand. Maybe 650k all said and done with a nice backyard.

Agree with the garage part. The townhomes out here with garages tend to be attached and the condos that do have garages are usually separated.

700 Carnegie? Believe I saw this one. Same listing early summer for 380K? It was decent, kitchen needed some help it was dungeon like. If this is the one I remember it being the most expensive unit. Nice to see the price come down! Although 320K range would be more realistic imo.

I have filmed others in this community… probably one of them. It might be slightly high but I would have to look at comps. This one will command a premium though since it does come with a garage and not ever unit in the complex does.

Technically yes, but in reality no. I took a look out the window of the downstairs bedroom, there’s maybe 4 feet and it had the AC unit. I guess you could do a dog run.

It’s the area the home is located in… it’s one of the most sought after locations in town. That being said, I do think it’s a bit overpriced. Very nice but a little high.

Thanks for the input! I agree with you for most parts of town… However, you have to remember you’re buying into a different type of community with this one. It’s not that far out of line with other prices for its area and it is kind of a unique situation.

The one thing I hate about the newer neighborhoods is you can't park on the street, your friends can't come over because there's no place to park - without getting your car towed! If you sneeze your neighbor says bless you. I hate these houses all squeezed together!!!
