What’s the name of the hiking trails in mountains edge

Mountains edge is an area about as far south west that you can go in Las Vegas. Elliston is the community.

Lol and where I grew up in Los Angeles this would be like a 1.5 million home. I know it’s crazy how different areas have such different pricing.

I am a huge fan of these. I know they make them in other communities that are almost 4000 ft.² and they have rooftop balconies available. American west builds the same ones at like 4300 ft.²… 4000 ft.² is a lot of home and not for everyone. But this at right around 3000 and a rooftop balcony would be awesome. Plus, I love the downstairs with the suite. Lol I think my parents would like it even more because I guarantee they would be here every other week.

I believe somewhere around 125-150. I can't remember off the top of my head.

I’m not going to just outright say no because there might be a lender out there somewhere who would be willing to give you the money. But in all honesty, it’s going to be a no. If you want to do a pool and and a nice backyard, you can always get a loan for that, but it would be a separate loan.

I think Pulte used to have a pool company they worked with and would allow it but honestly it’s been like six years since they’ve done that. The biggest problem with it is appraising the house. A nice backyard with pool is probably going to run around 100k but it’s not going to add 100k worth of value to the home.
