Oh gosh, I was traumatised by Mt Amos 😂 There are lots of nice cellar doors up the east coast. Mayfield Estate and Devil's Corner are amazing.

@EmmaCaitlain it involves a lot of boulder scrambling and is quite steep. Amazing views from the top, but then you have to get back down again 😅 Parts you have to slide down on your butt. The walk into Wineglass Bay and back out around Hazzards Beach is a good one. I think it's about 11km. Or you can do the lookout, then walk down to Wineglass Bay and back out the same way.

The most of you girls and women are misdiagnosed with endomtryose,which they diagnose only in laparoscopy ,you need laparoscopy surgery to get cleaned of endometryose which is in your uterus and then to be treated for endometryose.But it is too expensive and invasive so docters better keep you believing this,both diagnoses are not deadly so they do not care if you suffer.

Hello from South Australia ❤ I love the necklace, I immediately jumped on and purchased that one! 😊 the yellow dress was absolutely stunning and looked so beautiful on you, but personally I think it's too light in colour to wear to a wedding, it looks too close to white. Maybe it's brighter in person but in the video it looks too close to white. But it is so beautiful 😍

I know I either have IC, endometriosis or ovarian cyst. IC seems most related to my symptoms. for three months now for a solid week I have pinging bladder pain with no answers. its not a UTI... UGH still haven't been diagnosed

@@Radhey-d9q hello! I hope it was helpful. I’ve had a few minor flares over the years if I consistently ate poorly like on holidays but otherwise no I am healed. I do have a consistent alkaline diet which I stick to though so you definitely should not go back to eating trigger foods except on rare occasions x

@4thllz oh, what do you mean? I got a lot of value out of the lessons and photoshoot. We also did Breathwork & had some guest speakers on different business topics. It wasn’t “coaching” or anything as that’s not what I do for work x

I’m glad you’re doing better. I think this is what i have and i went to a urologist but he completely gaslit me and tried to make me believe i had bladder cancer. Well its been 6 years and I’m still alive so i assume that’s not what it was. I don’t trust doctors anymore so i won’t be going back for an alternative diagnosis. IC seems to fit all my symptoms. So I’m cutting out sugar, carbs, high sodium foods and acidic food. From what i understand apple cider vinegar is bad for flare ups. For many years i was taking cranberry, vitamin c and ACV thinking i was helping my condition but it’s the opposite. I also just started drinking baking soda in hot water. It seems to sooth my bladder and parasites hate it. I also take quercetin with zinc. I’m hoping that cutting out all the acidic supplements and foods will help. I also take magnesium glycinate because your body absorbs it better and it won’t cause diarrhea.

I actually had InterStim surgery and I was having so much pain that I can’t use it. Went to six different doctors including the gynecologist and the physical therapist they examined me said everything was fine they didn’t know why I was having pain. to make a long story short a friend told me to try Acupuncture and I found a beautiful Chinese lady that does acupuncture and it has helped me so much with the pain with the frequency with the urgency. And it’s so much cheaper than doctors and she understands what I’m going through.🙏🏼❤️
