Not sure about these supplements- found this statement-Why has NMN been banned? The FDA decided to ban the sale of dietary NMN due to safety concerns, they cited that NMN could potentially cause liver & stomach side effects.27 Sept 2024- and couldn’t find if it’s sourced properly- doesn’t say on their site- love the food and prints ❤

@@lisae516 You’d have to check with Genetic Labs via their FAQ or contact page. I haven’t had any issues, i think the anti-ageing supplement market is just getting started. Have you read Tony Robbins book called ‘Life Force’? He covers a lot of areas in wellness and longevity. I found it really interesting! Realistically a glass of wine could also cause liver issues so I think applying the everything in moderation rule is best practice in life but that’s just my opinion! I’ll look into it more. The pinboards have been a lifesaver so far - already mapped out my projects, processes and plans for the business. I hadn’t been to Big W in ages - such a good find! 🥰x

Colour over colour makes your hair darker….so always goes lighter if going over existing colour 😊

It wasn’t existing colour - that’s what shocked me! I’ve had my natural hair colour for over a year now. Thankfully the dark colour has started to fade. Lesson learnt - go to the salon 😅xx

I cant sit for a pedi or anything else for that matter and i susoect the additives in the public water supply such as chlorine and fluoride is severly agitating my urethra as i do fibe until i get out of the shower, then i flare and have to lay down eith a frizen water bottle in my crotch..and no, its not from diap or shampoo cuz i cant use any😢

I stopped all of my sugar intake and spice intake ,Pain gone from 6 to 1 on a 10 scale but it's still there so Aint gonna change my diet and suffer again ,and I am a guy as well ,

Hi Emma lovely video Yes it's finally getting warm down here too love warm days, Yes those shake are a house hold favourite l drink the cinnamon church an the iced coffee there delicious and l bought the ones you put on your water, strawberry and watermelon 🍉 is nice too,been using them for a year now or so lost some kilos too 😊Enjoy your week Emma stay well 😊❤❤❤❤

The hardest part in this journey for me is that I’ll have a good day and just simply do too much around the house or go out to eat and sitting for long periods of time. Seems to just set the whole thing off again and you’re right about the doctors. They’re all stupid and clueless and they’ll let you suffer and suffer. Sending you off for blood test so that they can stall for time.
