OHP gave me a seatbelt ticket and I had it on. The ticket is $20.00 , first ticket of my lie. After listening to this sounds like I should just pay it. Makes me angry, I always wear my seatbelt. My car has an alarm that goes off when you start the car. I have tinted windows and was drinking a pop sitting at the stop sign and I put it in the holder before turning the corner. Had the drink in my left hand as I have a shoulder disability and can’t hold a drink in my right hand. I also have to fasten my seatbelt with my left hand. I took my dog to Mission Veterinary Clinic at San Fernando Mission and Balboa, he was throwing up and have something In his skin, like very dry skin, I do not know what the Dra did to him Dra Min my dog died May 31 he last 3 days after I went there. She told me that my dog needs ultra sound to see if he have cancer, she did not know if he have cancer I did not have a chance to take him because he died so fast. Dra Min lied to Manager , she told him that she told me that he have cancer, she lied she did not tell me that the dog have cancer, the only think she told me was . take him for ultra sound, I did not have the chance yo take him because he died so fast, he throu out when we arrive home and died in 2 days. Dra Min is a lyer and gave my dog something the wrong medecine that he died. She is not a good Dra. I had been crying since my dog died, he was my companion after my husband died in 1918, he took care of me , sleep next to me for 8 years, I am disabled and I do no know what I am going to do without him. Dra Min should not work there anymore, she does not know what is she doing, how many dogs she gave the wrong medicines and they died. Get rid of her.

I watched a video posted not too long ago of a man who complained that his neighbors backyard camera was pointing down right at his swimming pool so the neighbor with the pool decided to put up a barrier above his allotted fence height. So the neighbor with the camera took the camera and put it on a pole even higher than the privacy screen pointing right to the swimming pool. This is too obvious but what are the rights of people with the swimming pool and their privacy. My current neighbor has retired cops living n xt tontjemnwoth cameras facing their home with high power listening speaker. What the heck!

I had a survey done on our rural 5 acres because I did not think the boundaries were right. I have 922' of frontage on a county road. I measured it out and sure enough we were short about 11 feet. I contacted a surveyor and when he finally came out to do the survey, we were at the family reunion 1700 miles from home. Well the surveyor called me and said the neighbor came from his farm (110 acres that surrounded us) and told the surveyor he didn't know what he was doing and that he needed to leave. The surveyor said when I get my neighbor under control then he will come and finish the survey. Well he came and finished the survey and that night I went down and drove the pin a foot into the ground on the one corner (northwest) where he farmed. The next day I put in a corner post inside the boundary and the next day my daughter caught the farmer with his loader pulling the post up and dumping it over the existing fence onto our property. she took pictures and video. Then the short little dutch a hole came along with his tractor and disc and I watched him go round and round trying to destroy the pin location. I went down there with my metal detector and found the pin where it should be. I went down to his house a couple nights later and told him we needed to talk about the property line. He immediately called his nephew that worked on the farm since the nephews dad owned the other half of the dairy farm . When the nephew got there I told them I owned 922' of frontage and they needed to decide if he wanted me to start at the northeast fence corner and go 922' south or start at the south fence corner and go 922' north. I showed the nephew the plot map from the county where it showed the 922'. The nephew said it looked as thou I was right but they didn't know what to do. I told him that there was a pipon the northeast corner adjacent to the county road and there was a pin on the southeast corner the surveyor put in. I told them I would be satisfied if we all agreed that the survey was correct and we move on. We all verbally agreed and I never did move my fence. Survey was filed and is on record. I had a new fence put it with a gate on the north side following the old fence line so I had 11' to get in and out of the gate with my tractor. To keep exercising my right of possession, I have continued to mow the grass out to about where the property line is. Never had another issue and when he and his wife and son died, the daughter was selling the property to a company that was putting in a nut orchard. The company ag rep asked me some questions about the soil behind my place since the grass was 5 feet tall and I told him that most years it flooded in the winter until about June or July (no orchard there). He asked me if I knew where my property boundaries were and asked if I would mark them since they were bringing in a tile machine and putting in drip irrigation I put up a temporary fence so they knew where it was. They put in their orchard and we have gotten along fine. Some people would rather fight to their death before admitting they were wrong

I had a similar problem 37 years ago. One couple owned the two houses on both sides of my house. I had outbid them to get it because they were unwilling to pay $40,000 for a house in the San Francisco bay area. They fenced the northerly 4 feet of my land, which was 92 feet long. I contracted with a former president of the California Land Surveyors association in Sacramento. He did a round the blocker which tied in with the property corners for a county building and monuments going back to when the street was State Route 21, staked all four corners with offsets on the sidewalk. While I was at work, the neighbor pulled the northeast corner (a 3/4" pipe) and chipped out the LS tag which was the northwest one, a drilled nail and brass tag in concrete. The surveyor had seen this coming and left me a spare for each corner, since it was a far drive, and there were 2 foot offsets scribed in the concrete sidewalk. I put them back in "under his direction" as the law says, easy since the holes were still there. The county plan checker finally ok'd the record of survey and a couple of days later, on my next day off I pulled the neighbor's fence, threw it in his yard and built my own just inside my property. It's still there. Did I mention that this land-grabbing neighbor was at that time a sheriff deputy sergeant in the narcotics division? That's another long story.

They have no container, they have no video or photographs (most likely), and if they DO, they have no chemical analysis or taste test results to support the legal conclusion that it was alcohol of any kind (I'm guessing that neither of them actually TASTED it to determine the contents). You will ALSO file a Motion in Limine asking the court to order the prosecution AND the witnesses to never mention the alleged "open container" or the alleged contents that no one seems to have any actual evidence of. Then, if the court denies both of those (which they clearly should not if they actually play by the rules of evidence), let me show you EXACTLY how the cross-examination of ANY officer that takes the stand to testify to the "open container" should go. ===================================== ===================================== From this moment forward you will ALWAYS OBJECT to ANY mention of the open container by the prosecution citing lack of evidence. But, if they ARE allowed to ask ANY questions about it or the contents, THIS is how you cross-examine the cop and destroy their case. EVERY question is a "leading question," which is perfectly legal to do on cross-examination, and are the ONLY kinds of questions you should ask on cross-examination. You ARE literally putting words in the witnesses mouth and making them admit to them. DO THAT WELL, and you will win your case. ===================================== ===================================== You: You testified that your career has spanned XX years as a peace officer overall, yes or no? Officer: Yes. You: Officer, you have alleged that there was an "open container" in the automobile, yes or no? Officer: Yes. You: You do not have the alleged container here with you today, yes or no?
