The garage floor wasn’t sanded. Don’t use DIY epoxy kits as they contain mostly water and dry very thin. Call a pro.

@@Mando5.0 We are unsure what the customer did but if there are expansion joints they can be prefilled with joint filler which we carry, or filled afterwards (preferred so if the slabs move the coating won't crack).

Why are their kits sold for 300 sqft or 600 sqft garages. Who has a 300 sqft garage? Even a small 2 car is around 400 sqft.

standard single car garage is 12x22....that's under 300 sq ft.

The kits are sold in 1 and 2 car sizes for up to 300 or up to 600 sq ft which covers 95% of most garage sizes and leaves and adequate safety factor.

I've installed ArmorClad on many garage floors and never had an issue with colors. If the concrete has a weird color or many stains I always put down a base coat of primer. If you don't, the end result is of your own doing.

Beware of this company for customer service. The color chart isn't accurate and they have multiple excuses why your floor doesn't look like the color you want.
