I’m on my second A/C unit in my new RV and it’s not even working right!

Less than 2 years old and won't work... multiple techs have tried to figure it out with no luck. East Texas is freaking hot and having to install a window unit sucked!

A quality product?? What kind of quality ? It's an empty word

Model 7500, Used once after install and got the green light of death, replaced circuit board at my expense, because could not get the company to respond. Still got the green light of death. Have a buck/boost before fan and monitored voltage for 2 days and stayed at exactly 12.8v the entire time. I love the design, but does not work, so will be replacing with a Fantastic basic model, because a fan that does not work is worthless.

Is there a link of where to find the heat strip and also a video of how to install it?

No one obviously reads any of these comments. Just shows the great CS you can expect with Coleman. Sad to say!!!

I have spoken with Mike since 2015 and as of yet still have had constant issues without any help! So disappointed with Coleman Mach!

can you run the fan on this one just to vent the place out? if so, is it loud? Also, what is the depth of the plenum...it looks HUGE!

Where does the thermostat wire go? My a/c is brand new. I’m to cold by the time it cycles off and almost sweeting by the time it cycles on. Any suggestions?

I have a coleman mach 15k in my 2017 30 ft camper, it can't even maintain a 75 degree temp inside when it's 80 outside!! My mother in law has a 2015 camper with a dometic and hers is only 13k and she has a 32 foot camper and hers does a great job even on a 90 degree day.

Is there any thermostats for this unit?

*Puts out a lot of cold air in my ducted RV trailer. Really easy to install>>> **nub.best/2cis** although it does not come with instructions. I was worried my 32' trailer would need the bigger unit, but this one worked well.*

Sadly I had to replace the first year. Under warranty thank goodness!! But way to loud , waiting for after market silence kit! Do you actually sit outside a park and listen to the loud noise!

If your product is so great then why only a 2 year warranty? I'm in the process of replacing one now that's only 3 years old. Compressor is bad!

Why won’t my heat work on it is there a certain point where I need it

I certainly agree about the frustration of not being able to direct cold air to the sides.

What about the warm air from my heater in when its cold? Doesn't the warm air disappear quickly through this Maxx Fan?

Just had mine professionally installed yesterday and it's already broken, turning off and on like it's retarded. Fucking pos!

This video was very helpful. I installed three Maxx Air II vent covers on our travel trailer today.

Although your video is well done I hate this Coleman air conditioner vent. You can not aim the vents downward like the older ones. I ended up redirecting the air using paper plates which makes a huge difference. The rear vent "on and off" broke 3 months after having it. So make sure you really need this thing before considering. Thanks.

Top of the line product. Improvement on the noise? That would be fabulous! Too loud.
