My dad passed away a few years ago, I can see him in the background looking for me in the white shirt next to the woman in blue. This is the only video I have of him. Thank you for posting this

The mothball fleet at Rough & Ready Island, Stockton, CA was my first duty station out of boot camp back in 1962. It was dismantled 3-4 years later and moved down the river to Suisan Bay.

After listening to several versions of this piece, this feels the darkest and most ominous. I like the imagery it conjures up of a massive army on the march to battle.

Why did Mr. P have to leave.😣 we played miss liberty amazing I loved doing the band reviews, but we don't do them any more. I only had him in 7th grade and now I'm I'm 8th grade and the band sucks . Not trying to be mean, but it's true

We would be speaking German if it wasn't for these ships. My mother Lola Flores was a welder at the Kaiser shipyards in Richmond Ca. Those shipyards built 747 Liberty & Victory ships, more than any other in the world! Earning Richmond the moniker "The City that Won The Purple Heart!" My grandparents came to Richmond Ca. vi(v)a Mexico in the 20''s. They were Librado & Victoria Flores~or LIBERTY & VCTORY Flowers~ Tales Of T*R*U*T*H*~ Telling*Richmonds*Untold*True*History* JohnnyFromRichmond #30
