I mean, Dagger also has a massive aim lock on her shots and her shots can bounce from enemies to allies. Most of the time, Cloak is only useful for his abilities. His primary fire is ok, but Dagger's primary fire is just so much more useful in most situation even in some direct combat situations because of the bouncing healing

Bronze level tip bro, cloak and dagger should be healing like 90% of the time, only really damaging for cleanup or if there’s no teammates.

Scarlet if you cant and are dps, cloak and dagger if you want to support but you'd lack the dps from cloak or rocket for support, and if you wanted to tank you could roll Hulk. Oh and squirrel girl is alright too if you play smart and work angles and choke points.

If someone cannot aim just play Scarlet Witch, Moon Knight, Iron Fist or Dagger

Character is ASS. Do not play her. Anyone decent, playing any other character, will wipe the floor with you - because her damage output is incredibly slow. If you are 1v1 and somehow hit the stun, you'll be fine. In a team scenario, you just get deleted. Also playing this character keeps you from building good aim. It's actually counter productive to play this character as a newbie. Better to struggle now using any other character and get better than pick her up and feel like you're doing good - you're not, your enemy is just bad.
