I want to make something like this for my kitchen instead of polyurethane. Do you recommend using something else instead to make it good for food?

Mine is over 3 years old. Lots of use. No use over summer, lots of slime build up. E02 error would not stop after simple cleaning. Almost threw it away and bought a whole new one. I had to disassemble entire unit and remove the pump. Not too difficult. Required a very long and slim phillips head screw driver. Deep cleaned the pump, found nothing broken. Reassembled everything. Deep cleaned the hot tub. Brand new filter. Filled back up with fresh water. It is working fine now. Hoping it will last the entire winter here in Florida. Cannot find a replacement pump online. Cannot buy just the electrical/heat unit by itself. Fingers crossed.

What about the depth of the holes you drilled? Is that not important?

do you use that pump armor stuff they push for storage? seems like it's not needed.

So you had to empty the tub? That will cause a high water bill. I hope it's just my filter... 🙏🏾

Mine stops spraying after a while. Stays runnin and I have to reset it a few times. Is awful. I wonder if this happens when the paint is low in the pail.

Or ... glue a small piece of same or similar trim piece. Give glue 20min to dry. A little bit of dynapatch. Light sanding. Paint. And Bob's my dad's cousin ... cause he's not my uncle. 😊

This is great Ben! Nice work. How would you modify this build out if you didn’t have the side walls? How long did this take you?
@Bull_sheet_BobАй бұрын
If you use expanding foam before the filler then trim it once dried, it uses less filler. Also I use expanding foam on the skirting board and for trim to fix it to the wall.

What color paint do you use after repair? Looks like a great match - I'm struggling with this part. Thanks

Excellent video --- real thorough and also concise. I'd seen several others that were more of an unboxing type, and I think they just didn't have the same air of authenticity that this did because you'd done the setup before. Thanks for putting this one out!

It’s a butcher block cause of the style of it ? Cause in world would it make sense to make butcher block out of pine. But if it’s for garage use only it’s cool

On the side of my table it's mdf I discovered after removing the paint layers. However it's swirled colors on paper. I tore a piece off side and it looks like mdf. Can I glue it with carpenter glue or kray gluez?

Stupid question, why don’t I just prime the pump with paint, having the waist tube back into the paint can? I’d use water to clean at the end but would not lose much paint as the paint used to prime the pump would go straight back to the paint can? Am I missing something?

Best explanation I've seen so far. I especially liked your explanation of how to save paint ( paint is very expensive after all) and the different sprayer tip sizes. Will be purchasing this unit soon.

Here's a quick and simple solution to get the best results: (1) use a top quality commercial-grade poly, and (2) spray finish it with a quality HPLV spray system like the Fuji Spray System. Save time and get showroom quality results without all of the hassles.
@tadzius58293 ай бұрын
And on that note, a high gloss finish makes most furniture look tacky/ daggy, imo, and you can't beat a nice satin finish.

m dying to see it use on 1/4 insted of 1 gallon paint container. I have small project and only use about 1/4 of a gallon. I dont want an HVLP,. also dont want that expensive Graco quickshot. tell me , can I? What if i cut the suction and primer tube down to where i can just put the quarter can under the muchine and dip the tube straight in? What if i get a shorter blue hose?
