Try to deprogram your AI voice from saying "asterisk" when there is one in the text.

1. Walking--At 77 I can walk, but with spinal scoliosis it hurts. The ache starts after three to ten minutes and if allowed to progress can develop to real pain. 2. Memory--I can remember fifty years ago, but not much detail of yesterday. Perhaps an alcoholic past contributes to that, or maybe most things just aren't worth the bother. One does develop discernment with age. 3. Weight loss is cause for concern? --Some of us are too fat and work on weight loss constantly. I was a Marine at 162 lbs., but was 191 this morning. 4. Urinary--Sometimes it doesn't empty as thoroughly as I'd like but works OK otherwise. 5. Heart and lungs--As a retired Marine, I'm confident they worked well at one time, at least. Now there's atrial fibrillation but it's being treated and the physicians seem not to be especially concerned. In summary, it looks pretty good! The family history is of longevity with mental acuity except for Dad who developed dementia, but that was partly attributed to starvation when as a downed B-17 pilot in WWII he was starved in prison camp for over a year.

That it took and is still taking so many years for the medical establishment to focus on the vital role that food plays in health is preposterous.

Listening to conventional medical doctors about subjects about health building and longevity is the stupidest thing that you can do. They still that that 600 IUs of vitamin D3 is a reasonable maximum.

Thanks for the 'heads up' ravindrasinghjamwal9696! The Blah, Blah, gets to me too. 3 Foods to Maintain strong and Healthey legs! 1. Nuts-100 grams daily 2. Deep sea Fish: Salmon, Cod, Mackeral 3. Leafy Green Vegetables Actually, as you age, your body does not manufacture those necessary components in your joints like it use to. I take Recovery by Purica, which seems to have those necessary needful components. Amazon sells it $10 cheaper than my Health Food Store. Also, I learned Contact Reflex Analysis (Muscle Testing) to get the result of how many I need in a dose. The only thing I can tell you, if one doesn't work, take two--I usually need four. I would like to do that cautionary thing where you are usually told to consult your doctor, but doctors didn't study Herbs and have no idea as to their healing power, so that is of no use. Also use Tei Fu Massage Lotion (Wonderful!!) Best of everything to those who are suffering!🥰👍💕🙏💐

Bull. all this does is discourage seniors from reaching out and further isolates them. After the pandemic, that is the LAST thing they need. Seniors DO spend too much time alone, fearing they are a nuisance and a bother. They actually DO want some socializing because they don't work any more so time can sometimes hang heavy and even if it doesn't, they do have more time to fill than they used to. They don't want non-stop people but they sure would like to get together with a friend on a regular basis. And yes, I'm a senior.

I would say that living in keeping with one's values is even more important than it was before. Refine what is important and re-evaluate frequently. Live within one's means and seek hobbies that are free or cost little. Avoid debt like the plague!
