it's a thin iron wire. I bought it at a building supply store, it's about 0.5mm thick.

Oh, maybe you mean the wires for the lights. That's a enameled winding wire.

Прямо-таки веет холодом мрачного Средневековья... По десятибалльной оценочной шкале, я бы поставил 11. Excellent idea, assembly and painting! The method of manufacturing stained glass windows, furniture, drawer handles, electrical equipment and everything else is beyond praise. It's like the cold of the dark Middle Ages... On a ten-point rating scale, I would put it at 11.
