awesome my man, thanks for the assist! Only difference is my fridge has two hex head bolts instead of screws, but same principle applies. I wish it was screws because the hex heads are very hard to get off because of how they are positioned.

What size are the bolts you took off from the top and what size are the bolts you took off from the bottom?

Thanks for this, works great again. My whole thing was flooded and smelled like pond water. I had no idea how to clean it. Note: If your brush encasement is in the way, grab it by the middle with your index finger and thumb and gently slide it over. It takes a little bit of force but should move. By the middle because if the force is unbalanced it could jam.

Agree. I clean the water pond daily..it just can't suck up the dirty water in the tray .. then said filter dirty.. I clean everyday

I just had this issue. The system is stuck in mid cycle. We started a new cleaning cycle, and after about a minute, we canceled the cleaning cycle. Then, instructed it to dock, paused it when it was out, and were able to access the filter.

thanks for the video, people don't post about the maintenance of this robot, the reviews only show the first impressions and make it seem like you don't need to do anything!

You're so right. Spending this much on a robot requires some maintenance to keep it running for a long time. None of them are maintenance free. I purchased this three weeks ago and am very impressed. It's a good idea to pay attention to the maintenance listings in the app and follow them. Regular cleaning of the onboard sensors will make sure the unit doesn't begin getting lost or confused or hung up. Keeping the mop head cleaner and filter clean is important. To avoid odors, it's best to empty the dirty water container when you've finished mopping for the day. Rinse it and even add a few drops of disinfectant (like Lysol) to avoid the smell. I've been tossing the mop pad in the washer every week and letting it air dry to avoid mildew.

yep i have a german shepherd and i clean that everyday because hairs are collecting around the water filter, but comparing to ecovacs x1 i don’t see dirty there, perhaps if you don’t clean it for a month but the dirty water pump is very efficient, ecovacs instead was always full of water and dirty everywhere.
