Replace your chain every few months of heavy riding, or replace your drivetrain. Your choice.

This is what happens when you don’t replace the chain when it begins to stretch. All the teeth on the drivetrain conform to the stretched chain and end up looking skinny and pointy like shark teeth. At that point, everything needs to be replaced. If you install a new chain only, it will slip over the teeth and will wear out rapidly. This one in the vid is really bad I don’t think I’ve seen one that bad before.

시마노 모터는 문제가 딱 저거입니다. 헬리컬기어 파손.. 문제는 모든 제품에서 파손은 거의 다 나오는 문제이고.. 헬리컬기어가 따로 제공이 안됀다는 것이죠. 수리가 아니라.. 모터를 바꿔야 한다는게 큰 문제 입니다. 보쉬 야마하 에서는 나오지 않는 문제가 시마노 모터에서는 있습니다. 사용하지 말아야할 모터 라고 생각해요.

Go back to the tried and true 7 x 3 drive train and all those parts would have cost you 1/10th as much and you'd have more gears over a wider range. Whilst freehubs and integrated headsets were improvements, these ridiculo drive trains are most certainly a marketing ploy for component makers to steal more cash.

A stretched chain usually cuts into the chainring and the cassette so change the chain regularly to save wear on more expensive gears. The harder your pedaling the quicker the chain stretches and damages more!
