I’d suggest having someone else film you giving these walkthroughs for 2 really simple reasons: it helps put a name to a place and it helps give viewers a sense of space (hey, that rhymes!) Subbed, good stuff

Nice tour. Very expensive for small homes with small driveways and narrow streets. There is also little distance between homes. On the positive side the home designs are a nice change from the usual standard.

Thanks for the feedback. I hear you, condos definitely are not for everyone! HOAs are usually higher for condos too, because there is more maintenance involved.
