@@Sunrie oh Im anti cop for sure there is no such thing as a good cop. I live in the LA area 7 hrs away work full time and run a business part time and raise 2 small children all my time is tied up plus my wife says no cause she knows my mouth or else trust me I would be out there filming them as a full time job, trust me. I just wanted someone to go investigate whats going on down there theve been harrassing my mom and dad and all the businesses down there have little we support our local police department stickers in all the windows so im assuming that police departments got that whole town in fear of them. I just think those little communities have it the worst because if you dont like them they have that power to go and get your business shut down.

Do you have more video on that? Need more context. I see police officers applying reasonable PPCT control techniques to someone who is resisting. Yes for a bit the larger officer had his knee on the man's neck, which he shouldn't have done, full stop, but he did remove it.

This was the ONLY video taken! I have to disagree with you when you say "reasonable technique" however I can see how you come to that conclusion! The guy was resisting officers because he was beaten and thrown on the ground for NO reason other than a power trip! I know if it were me on the ground I'd try and resist the abuse as well!! Correct me if Im wrong but, Im almost certain "reasonable PPCT control technique" does not include hitting an assailant in the ribcage repeatedly while saying "WHAT NOW". The fact is they had no business to use any PPCT reasonable or NOT. he was unarmed and confused as to why they were stopping him to begin with. I was there from start to finish, I saw the fear in his eyes! Finally, if the entire video doesn't already speak volumes watch towards the end of the video when Sheriff Dan Coverly gets to the scene and is seen "smiling" and "chuckling" as if the situation was funny to him!
