Fun fact, if your keeping any kind of fish the bare minimum is 5 gallon. Any smaller and you need to stick to shrimp. At that point, it's so small you can't put anything in there, lol. I also sin. Also I sincerely hope that fish was put in a better place or it died easily within a day. What I've just witnessed is true fish abuse, people who put living animals in such small spaces shouldn't be allowed to care for them or even have them.
