Very respectable early game tips! I personally stuck with the scimitar until the end as its attack rate was very fast.

quick tip: theres a chance that the black knight at darkroot can drop his weapon known as the black knight halberd. It Is very over powered early game and it can only be upgraded to +5. It requires twinkling titanite to upgrade it and its in my opinion the best weapon for early game because of the amount of damage it does. It also doesnt require alot of stats and speed runners use it a lot to kill bosses faster

Proceed to die along with Black knight - missing his halberd. Its better to have some humanisty and dont die ;) Od avoud him just like havel.

I dunno about the choice of class or gift. I've just started playing, I'm deep enough. Not having OP magic has thought me the learn the mechanics of fighting, I picked warrior. As I am getting deeper, I'm glad I didn't rely on having magic to coast through all the early game 'learning'. Master key as a gift would have sent me to places I wasn't ready for too...

The drake sword is really useful im also underleveled to fight queelag since i when i first started playing first i lose most of my soul without worrying now it came back to bite me in the ass like adulthood, thank you for making this vid, and i died to queelag an ungodly amount of times

I just started Dark Souls 1 remastered. And I never tried like falling down the beginning elevator. I didn't know that it lead to a secret area. on my return back to firelink after bell gargoyles where you like walk on the roofs

So... I will need to restart for the second time before the Taurus Demon and choose Pyromancer instead of Sorcerer to have a decent chance of getting into the first part of the game... great

This video is an old relic for me. I remember watching this around 2012 when I first started playing Dark Souls. Now I’ve gotten all the achievements four times over and can beat the game in like sub 3 1/2 hours any day. On some level, this video is part of how I got good at this game. And I don’t think I ever properly expressed my thanks for that, so thank you for opening my eyes to years of fun.
