Slayer can only approach with a lariat-type lunge, because of this he's vulnerable to normal mode 2hs, since it just throws out a massive hitbox in front of you. They just drive thier train right into it every time.

I have A.B.A as my secondary (I main I-no was top 500 with her before her buffs this patch and often play in tournaments with her) and have played her for multiple months so I know how much of a struggle the testament matchup is I am here to give you tips (the notation used assumes you are player 1 side) because alot of testament players will lame you out because you're the worst character in base form if they try to lame you out and zone use her parry 214S this works against everything she has EVEN THE CROW so make sure you're using that when you're at full screen in the matchup because generally you want to parry get meter and then rush them down thats how you fight zoners as A.B.A another thing is her 2K 2D converts into key grab 214H so if you catch them lacking you can get install for free she gains her meter off of any hits with the key on hit and on block don't use 236S~6S unless you have tension to make it safe her 623H in install is really busted its alot of plus frames massive hit box and can be used for combo extension it can also be used as a meaty to beat out DP (iirc) and almost every overdrive in the game after her parry (214S) you can PRC (purple roman cancel) AS SOON as you parry the attack and that gets rid of her recovery entirely and she can do whatever and if someone is jumping and you're in install PLEASE USE 2S THIS BUTTON CAN SNIPE GOD HIMSELF OUT THE SKY USE IT Key grab is also plus on block so make sure to abuse it a bit more not too much though because there is a gap depending on spacing you can PRC Door super in install to take advantage of its plus frames more and get a 50/50 A.B.A in install also has some nasty crossup stuff she can do with j.H if they block j.D you can press a button immediately after this so depending on what you press this can actually frame trap and lead into you getting install (A.B.A can go into install off any hit) and lastly 632146H (aka The Law is Key, Key is King) is your only reversal so if you're in a tight spot and they wont let you breath just do that super and you get install for free DO NOT USE THIS SUPER WHILE IN INSTALL UNLESS IT WILL KILL IT BURNS ALL HER METER AND WE DO NOT WANT THAT don't use the DP (623H) on defense either it isnt a true DP the guard point is active frame 7 or 8 onwards instead of frame 1 so its reallllly long until you can say no to damage you will blow up for doing that my recommendation of what to do instead while you're in install is hold that and FD (faultless defense which is blocking and pressing two attack buttons that isnt dust at the same time) PBFD (perfect block faultless defense which shoots them back further but is extremely hard to pull off) while you're doing FD you want to see if you can steal your turn back by either mashing out with her glorious 4 frames 2P when they get close which leads into key grab for install or just a random hit off any button maybe a 2K 2D or a risky 5H if you're able to its a bit committal but if you hit 5H it leads into 236K (hop kick) to start your own pressure anyways sorry that this was longer than intended but I felt like some of these things you should know if you don't already that way you tilt less or have an easier time in tower or bracket or whatever hoped this helped much love!

As a Testament main, this is a matchup issue... imo. Testament just wins this matchup, unless the ABA is just better than me. If that's the case, they earned it and ggs lol That said, you were adapting and learning. You can absolutely wall to wall combo Testament. We don't have a DP, so fighting out of the corner is difficult if you guess correctly once. Again, this is just from personal experience in the matchup around floor 9/10/ and a bit of celestial (I can never stay there very long haha).

I'm a fan and I was so excited when I saw the name. The reason why 6P beats your S and HS is because all 6P have upper body invincibility, so they counter moves like that. Also you are one of the better Abas I fought, for a level 90 I'd say you are really good.

You can also use 6p to low profile uncharged stun edge
