@@TIMAFEY2 hmmm that’s odd. It can minimise into the system tray (if using windows) usually after you’ve selected your screen. If it isn’t that, does it only do it in chrome? I wonder if a chrome plugin could be interfering?

Just create an emoji from the graphics/element section and then layer it “backward”. If you need help I can get the steps next time I’m at a computer

Hi Dylan. Not sure tbh. I don’t really follow Zach much these days and I think MCs now exists under a new name. He helped me a tonne in the past but as I’m not following day to day I don’t think it appropriate I promote it.

Yeah it’s crazy in terms of numbers. Some huge channels that don’t monetise outside of ads and then there are the smaller powerful channels like you say. Thank you for the feedback, that's an interesting perspective but now you mention it, the bubbled effect isn't as clean. Do you think they will ever change it back again though? Is there anything that you would change version for? Was keyframes around for v8? As that's quite useful

@@JonDavis No I do not believe there's any focus on key frames or anything like that in V8

@@BargainBarons I find that really useful. Not so much the ai stuff. I like grouping you can do between clips and elements for group edits etc. But i see why you haven’t upgraded. Ultimately it’s what makes editing as easy and smooth for you as possible (or it’s a pain). Thanks again for watching

Sorry just seen this comment, what part of the video are you referencing? If its the script then its awkwardly placed on the side and you have to click and drag down to copy it (almost like its contained within a box.). Is that what you mean?

I made a incredible blueprint but I didn't know if I could take that blueprint and move it to an app. And it would generate a video out of that. I guess that would be my question. Is there an app and if so, what would you recommend? If not, could you explain what I do from there? Please. And thank you for your time.

@Startingat50-ht4qm that’s ok, there’s no silly questions, I just wanted to make sure I understood. So you’ve written your video. Now you want something that will create all of the visuals? I don’t think the apps are quite there yet. Filmora will attempt to do this but I don’t think the output would be of any use. Invideo is another app. Again though, they tend to just try and guess the appropriate stock videos they can use. It wouldn’t really appeal to most viewers. Are you completely against going on camera yourself and delivering it? Then you can learn to edit videos and add stock photos and stuff yourself? Depending on your content you could record your screen and present it like a slide show. It could work with some niches. Perhaps give invideo a try. I am not sure it will be good enough. But it’s probably as close to what you are describing as I can think of

I think the free version is why it watermarks. The credits will be for the captions. They use credits for some of their AI features. I don’t like that to be honest. I know why a lot of software companies do it and they may get charged if over used. But captions shouldn’t fall under that. I would just base it on whether you like the feel of the software. I would recommend it but I don’t see the point in some of the ai stuff

I thought I was clear on that? It creates ideas, titles, tags, scripts, thumbnails and a voiceover. Or at least it did when I recorded this. I did point out it was in beta mode so likely to change to. Personally I never use “auto video creators” where they populate stock footage for you. There just isn’t the quality and they look awful. If it was that easy then everyone would do it and KZbin would be flooded with people automating generic rubbish. That’s my thoughts anyway 🙂 Thanks for watching I appreciate it

Ha that’s quite direct and a little presumptuous but I appreciate the honesty nevertheless. I’ve had plenty of side hustles (reselling, arbitrage etc) before I got into digital marketing where I created blogs, courses and use social media and KZbin to share my journey and show what I learn on the way. I started KZbin creating content on all kinds of things. Some of that was around making money. Over time, I’ve moved away from that theme. If you look around my videos they are largely tech tutorials and ways to help people with a KZbin channel. Occasionally I talk about the benefits (financial is only one). I don’t think that’s shallow? One of my strengths (and day job) is learning technology - problem solving and teaching people. So it aligns with my career. I also think, in any niche, we are always one step ahead of someone. That person could learn from us. I’ve grown this channel to 12000 subs. Nothing in comparison to many, but significantly more than others. So I have things I could help others with. I hope that helps. I will rewatch this video to see if I can see where you are coming from and what triggered the question But thank you for the honesty and I hope you find what you are looking for, on my channel or someone else’s 🙂

Both great tools. Slightly different use case although I believe Vidiq may have also since added the multiplier number via the chrome extension. 1of10 is very new and a good reference for outlier thumbnails and titles. Vidiq does a million other things and has its own scoring system for video ideas etc but that’s based on your channel and competition. 1of10 is focused more on outliers. Different tools different maturity and use cases. Ultimately none are a silver bullet but they can be very helpful

So I used to just use filmora for everything. But the last 12 month I started looking at other options. If you have a Mac then there are lots. Windows not so much. I like camtasia for cursor effects and animations. But I don’t like it for creating my videos start to finish. I just find filmora more intuitive for audio, text and general timeline editing. Not necessarily what I would recommend to everyone as it isn’t the cheapest way. But it’s what I’ve found works for me over the years 😀

Hi, firstly thankyou for watching and the feedback. Descript can be used for screen recording in the same way filmora can be used. If you did want to use descript but for whatever reason then import into filmora, if you want a separate track in filmora you would need to find a way of exporting the face part and the screen part as separate videos. Whereas if you recorded on filmora it would create them separately anyway (if you choose the option). Currently I’m actually using camtasia for a lot of my screen recordings. Then importing the results into filmora where I then tidy up and add all my talking head sections. This isn’t exactly necessary, a lot can be done in filmora, there’s just a few screen recording features I like camtasia for (though wouldn’t do my videos completely in it)

This is weird. I replied to the first comment to. So I recorded this last week. I had to go into elements and make sure there wasn’t an active search, then scroll down. Have you maybe set it to classic mode? I can’t remember how but for certain apps there’s an old UI / classic mode. I sometimes go back to it then have to figure out where it is again. I’m not currently on that mode though.

Have you tried ruling out a few things: tried another device if you can? Try using incognito mode on your browser?

@@JonDavis Alright, so I went as far as to make sure my chromebook that I use for canva projects was updated (it wasnt so I updated it hoping it would help... it didn't). I tried opening canva on my phone and my other computer and no luck. It's so strange. I went into settings and looked for the different modes so I could make sure it was set to "classic" but I couldn't find it. I searched for an answer too and nothing came up. This is really weird. I may just have to contact Canva directly and hope someone can help me. I appreciate your help!

I imagine it’s breaching their licensing but yeah if they had your creds they would be able to see everything and potentially change your login details etc

So do you mean the audio from the original clip? There should be an option to tick system audio. I would play around with that. Try and test whether it’s picking up audio that is played back internally via system or if it’s picking it up via your mic and the external playback in your room (which will be poor quality). That make sense?

Hey. So, from what I’ve read yes it’s ok. But…. I’m always wary with music. I’ve seen filmora users (and other subscription services) get hit in the past. So I would always apply caution. Personally I use a service called uppbeat and whitelist my channel with them. I’ve a video showing them if you need it.

@@JonDavis What is the title of that video so i can watch? I want to start my youtube channel but the only challenge is video editing. I hired editors from upwork but it was disappointing. Do you know a good ai tool that can do the job so you don't need to be depended on the video editors? I did try invideo ai and fliki ai but they are not good for tutorial and educational videos. They are just good for story telling niche. And tools like filmoro, capcut and premiere pro are time consuming.

Most stuff that promises ai editing is garbage. The choices are to outsource or put the time in yourself. It is time consuming though. I think once you find a good editor it’s worth keeping them close. But it can be hard work finding one. I’ve tried a few and end up doing it myself. Especially early on when you may not earn enough to cover costs of a good editor. I would learn the basics. Keep it simple and consistent. KZbin is favouring less edited content at the moment. As long as your message is on point and you only say what needs to be said etc Good luck though. Definitely an area a lot of us struggle with

@@JonDavis Thanks for your advice. Well the problem i faced with editors was accuracy level. They did not read the instructions correctly and messed up the final result. Anyway, i know how to edit, but the only problem was gathering the footage which is time consuming. Do you know two good ai tools for bulk ai image and video generation? because i break down the script into 10 words or 20 words by chat gpt and ask for giving prompt for each peace. Now i want to create all footage in bulk so at least save time and make the videos either myself or outsource it while providing the footage myself to the editor.

@mania7927 i like midjourney for images. ChatGPT can create them to now. Try runway for short video. Canva are using dall-e for text to image, and partnered with runway for text to video. It’s early days so not quite there yet. But could be promising.
