It's gonna take some time to get there but feels like the best chance to prolong my career and just survive. I'm pretty boring but grateful that you've watched. Have a good evening. Thank you, Dr. Thomas! Just had my 5 year lupus anniversary. I hadn't missed a dose of my meds and fortunately hadn't had any major flares. Thank you for your wealth of knowledge and your efforts to help us with lupus and chronic illnesses!

Sorry to disappoint. I'm just dealing with lupus the best I can. Have mouth sores today and when that happens it causes me to eat soups and if necessary increase the steroids that I use. I post because I don't talk about these things and was diagnosed before the pandemic. I'm not a professional blogger. I wish you well.

It'll be a minute before I can practice mi Español. I'm on the ground floor but doing an exercise every day. Took 4 years of French and that's helping a little bit. Definitely will take you up on your offer to practice. I'm not nearly as critical as before but always looking for areas to improve in. Thanks, Brad!

@@LupusLifestyle I'd be happy to discuss for sure. HOA boards are notoriously filled with all manner of conflict and hostility. Long story short, proceed with caution, ask lots of questions, and keep in mind your health, already existing stress levels. Just want to make sure you're walking into it with eyes wide open because HOAs can be a real hornet's nest. :) You know I'll always shoot you straight. ;)
