Amazing video, spoken so eloquently. Every point hits its mark, and you’re completely right. Apart from setting goals in different departments, this year I decided to do that plus write them down in different areas. So for financial or spiritual goals I’ve made a note on my office wall as I spend most of my time business or spiritual wise in that area. For my social or personal goals I’ve written them down in the Notes app on my phone (where I spend my most time on). That way, I’m constantly looking at them and taking disciplined actions to achieve said goals. Worked amazingly in 2024, will carry on in 2025. Thanks for sharing your thoughts. 👏🏾

Great video! Deffo relevant as we're about to enter the New Year. A reoccuring idea that trailed through some the points (Touched on it heavily on point 4) was the idea of focusing on processes instead goals. Came across this concept in the book Atomic Habits. Essentially, instead of setting a goal to run 10 miles in a month and focussing on that, the focus would be on making calculated adjustments in your life that ultimately lead you to your goal. For example, organising your calendar to make sure that you're free 2 evenings a week so you can run for 45 mins, or changing the route you take home so that you pass through the gym for a treadmill session etc. You should think about doing a video/ series on self; really dive deep into how our minds and heart impact what we do.
