A tool like this or a basin wrench is essential for replacing old faucets on older sinks that are secured with metal nuts that have been on for decades. Not to mention the tight spaces.🔧

I really like mine. Thing works great. The only problem I have is that sometimes the tab basin not get seized. I have broken two of these tools. Also it does not fits all tab basin nuts. Especially the larger ones.

I can not even turn the rusted holding nut. I broke 2 of the Moen basin tool during the process. The crazy nut is not even moved...of course, I used the WD40 and penetrating oil.

Some sinks just need to be completely removed from the countertop in order to cut out rusted nuts and fasteners with a cut off wheel. I work at an old facility and almost always have to remove the sink. In fact, I prefer to remove the sink or countertop just so I don't have to lay under a sink with bloody knuckles and rust crumbs and spider webs getting into my eyes.

We appreciate you taking the time to leave your comment, after looking into this we can see the blade for the Olympic Cutter-8 Wire Cutter is actually on correctly. The “flat” side is the correct side to cut small wires.

Doubt with voltmeter FLUKE 87 SERIES III friend I have a question with a fluke brand multimeter in terms of knowing how much is the maximum voltage that it can show on its screen safely WITHOUT DAMAGING THE DEVICE FOREVER, since when I put the manual voltage selection mode, it starts from 4 volts then to 40 volts then to 400 volts and then to 4000 volts, and it is very strange because the official manufacturer indicates that the maximum voltage that can be measured safely is up to 1000 volts AC and DC, I personally OPINION; that because it is a very expensive PROFESSIONAL measurement equipment, it should be able to have that high voltage range by DEFAULT, for a wide range and variety of uses and applications both at home and in industry but I want to hear the voice of those who have it and have used it and have experience with it to use it safely
