Does the glue stick to stamp platforms? I just got a Tim Holtz platform and I’d hate to ruin it with glue.

Oh my gosh! I'm just learning to work with paper--mostly card making. But I want to make a special album for a friend who is getting married April 2016. I saw your posting and my first thought was..."Gosh, I wish I could peek inside this woman's mind and see how she thinks up these amazing thoughts." How in the world you figured out how to make the layers is just astounding, but then figuring out paper can color choices...it just boggles my mind! Thank you so very much for sharing! By the way...you DID win the contest, I hope!
@BeckysCraftroom8 жыл бұрын
+Barb F Yes, I did win the contest. It was an amazing feeling. I had a blast working on the project and challenging myself to see how many die shapes I could squeeze into one project.

I just got this on Clearance at Micheals- but it came with 1/4 inch tape and this is a wide width dispenser. I can't get it to work right with the narrower tape....HELP!
@BeckysCraftroom8 жыл бұрын
+Trisha Andrus As far as I know, you can't put 1/4 inch tape in the 1/2 inch tape dispenser. I heard a rumor or two that there may be some kind of third party adapter that allows you to run 1/4 inch tape in the 1/2 inch tape dispenser, but I couldn't ever track it down. Let me play with 1/4 inch tape in my 1/2 dispenser and see what happens...
@trishaandrus84738 жыл бұрын
+BeckysCraftroom Ok~Thanks anyway.......I didn't see any 1/2 inch tape at Micheals. I'll have to check Hobby Lobby before I throw the whole thing out......
@BeckysCraftroom8 жыл бұрын
+Trisha Andrus Don't throw it out. Check eBay for tape refills for 1/2 inch. You can find good deals there. Once you start using the 1/2 size, you'll find more and more uses for it, and it could become a much-used part of your crafting tool kit.

Becky, Another great idea for Stickles! Love doing this & I've got all colors of Stickles. If I buy a specific Disney princess card for my 5 yr old granddaughter, I take Stickles & highlight very lightly to bling up the card. She loves them with the "jewels."

I wonder if you have a video that shows you actually using the convertible die? Nice cards or I should say "pocket cards". Are they also expensive dies?
