I was about to upload an old VHS of this but you've saved me the trouble. This is better quality too. I used to play in a band that supported Huggy Bear a few times too :)

Was at the Reading 1995 festival while this was being played, unfortunately didn't know anything about Flying Saucer Attack so didn't go see their set. Twenty years later, I found their eponymous album and played it end-to-end, man, wish I could have seen them live at that festival

I have quite a few of their records , but also never saw them on their rare outings , but listened to this recording often 👍

I had this show on a bootleg tape years ago and so happy to see it pop up . The transmission from the satellite shows during these years shined a light on how they were the greatest rock band on the road !

This version of Hassle is one of my favourite sebadoh songs, it's a pity you can't get it on some sort of b-sides release. I wrote to them about this ages ago and they came back and said something like the BBC own this version of the song!
@CS-mo7xp4 жыл бұрын
that's strange cause I'm sure Slintstumental from thr first session ended up as a b-side edit -in fact wasn't the version of Sixteen here also a b side?
@dk5468 Жыл бұрын
@@CS-mo7xp yes slinstrumental from the 1992 session and this version of sixteen are b sides on Beauty of the Ride

Oh awesome! I was at this, right at the front. It was a choice of seeing Smashing Pumpkins on the main stage or FSA on the 3rd stage. Never regretted that decision :) Thank-you for uploading.
