Hi thanks for saving my money. I do wonder if perhaps the hydrogen device is still a good idea for a few reasons? 1) Some hydrogen replacing gas is still a savings -5% vs 0? (2) Hydrogen is cleaner and the byproduct of water, in small amounts doesn't it help clean an engine? (3) If the device reduces enough consumption to pay for itself over the life of a vehicle, or many, isn't this a win? (4) Doesn't hydrogen have a stronger explosive force when burned, compared to gas, so wouldn't you get more power? Just curious.

I'd suggest you look in to the Toyota Mirai. The entire vehicle used hydrogen power to limited success. It's successful, but fueling is nearly impossible for most people.

Good looking car; I’d want an automatic transmission. I’m over this manual transmission crap; I can drive one, but I choose not to. Manual transmissions are in the minority, for they don’t get any better fuel mileage, and you do get sick of shifting gears…

W126 were fabulous vehicles at their inception but these were already quite dated by 1990 - sluggish transmission, ho-hum interior, etc. The original Lexus LS400 (and even the BMW e32) were like a leap into the next century.

Sad the Eclipse never made a come back it was a hell of a car with a huge torquey V6. We have had 2 Eclipses since it died and Mitsubishi could have used those to bring it back.

Back in 1986, one of the car mags (feel like it was R&T or Car and Driver) did a comparison test that included the 6000 STE, '86 Acura Legend Sedan and two other similiar cars. I have it saved somewhere. Anyway, the STE helds it own and ranked only slightly behind the Acura. That impressed the heck out of me!

It basically had a Mitsubishi engine and transmission but with terrible Hyundai electronics that were toublesome as they aged. Also had issues with the alarm system that could leave you stranded.

I had the first gen model. Loved it. May have been low horsepower but it was a very cool little car to get around in and it was fun despite only have 69 hp. Wish someone would make cars like this again. Nissan sure as hell isn't going to.

My driver’s ed car was the non-turbo Sunbird 1.8L with automatic transmission. My second car was the 84 Buick Skyhawk with 2.0L OHV with 86 HP and a 4 speed manual. As a daily driver and an occasional fun drive I felt the 2.0L with manual transmission was the better engine and transmission for the early J-body cars. First purchase was to replace OEM tires for higher end touring tires for better performance. Feather driving gave me more than 30 MPG city and more than 40 MPG HWY. get on a winding country road and it was a fun car to toss into the corners.

I drove a Peugeot 5008 (suv) in Europe last week for a week. It was competent transportation with a funky steering wheel. Nothing luxurious about it. Now that it is under the Stellantis umbrella we might not see it over here since Chrysler has the US market for them.

84 was rearvwheel drive, bring it back to camry as a option. I hate fwd and live my camry but would prefer it in rwd. Enough of this fwd madness. Put engine in so on v6 plugs and exhaust are reachable without top end being removed. Put trans in the correct direction front to back not side to side. Fwd makes no sense unless you.live in snow area. And still not a solution awd is better. Bring back rwd makes basic repairs easier and cheaper.
