a teaspoon of mixed herbs, a beef stock cube, a few fresh basil leaves and a splash of worcestershire sauce / red wine would actually make this dish palateable and still be "budget" friendly . this is slop rn ngl

Think you need to use a finer grind and increase the amount of coffee you're using. The extraction looks way too quick.
