So if I want to make any simple 3”round stickers just simple lettering for my business logo. With foil text. I need to purchase this one and foil printer both??? or just this one will do customized sticker and foil print as well??? Another question is. Foil printer If I want to make 2” or 3” or 3cm round sticker do I need to use special sticker paper? And just can make foil print from blanc or transparent clear sticker to print foil logo lettering ? Or I have to pre print with black ink jet print and then insert to foil printer and complete with foil sticker ?

Hello! The cheapest way would be to purchase our DTM FX510e Foil Imprinter and 2 or 3" round labels. You can offer these labels directly through us, we offer a wide range of different materials which are all testes with our printers. Then you can print your desired foil directly onto the label material. If you want to be more flexible and print different sizes or shapes of label in the future or maybe think about adding colourful printed backgrounds to your labels, the LX610e will be interesting to purchase for you, because you can print + cut any shapes with it. After trying several clean cycles and wiping the head with a Q-tip, I tried this and within 30 sec with a wet paper towel I had the black cartridge working again. Great Tip!

Do you only use MacOS for creating labels? Do you use a Windows PC for printing?

I do only use Mac for creating labels yes, but of course you can create them on windows too. For printing, the OKI Pro1050 only works from windows, so yes I do use a windows PC for printing. Hope this helps.

OMGGG THIS WORKS??? My printer said it was low on ink but wasn't printing anything at all so i tried this so i could print my labels for selling packages and it workeddd! This is such a life saver tysm 😭

Just want to update anyone who stumbles apon this! The best method for me at least was the soaking it in water one! I tried the one with the towel and it worked but the ink was still weak
