The 8L is my favourite out of them all. When I see one rarely in the street I automatically smile. The 8Ps are also very solid cars (if you ignore the TFSI motor)

Audi has always been one of my favorite car brands. The A5 in particular, always struck me as the best midrange option for obtaining premium, but without the “premium” pricing so to speak. The best A5 model variant, I believe, is the model from 2019 to 2024. While it is understandable that Audi believed it was due for a revamp of its lineups, it seems like such a shame they would choose the modify the A5 Sportback design beginning with the 2025 a5 model. The 2025 model frame looks almost like a BMW rather than an A5. Perhaps Audi‘s goal was for the A6 to solely support the sportback designs? Whatever the case I hope Audi will consider making the A5 a sport back frame again .

@ They were the last full size Blazers. Although technically they are considered a pickup when buying parts. I’m gunna buy a squarebody KBlazer eventually.

Thanks for the comment! The CJ was indeed a legendary series and the true predecessor to the Wrangler, but it’s technically not part of the Wrangler lineup. The Wrangler started with the YJ in 1986, building on the CJ’s off-road legacy with a more modern and comfortable design.

2:54 The gasoline engines were 1.6L with 101hp, 1.8 with 75hp, 1.8 90hp, 2.0 115hp, 2.8 174hp, 2.9 190hp. A gasoline version with 1.9L displacement doesnt exist. The diesel options were 1.9l indirect Injection Turbo Diesel with 75hp, the mighty 1.9TDI with 90hp, and the 1.9 with 110hp. I got both the 1Z with 90hp and the AFN with 110hp. My 1Z has been driving 10x around the world, has not been taken care of but still going strong. I can go around 1400kms with a 70l fuel tank, while still having a lot of space. I also got a 2.0 and two with a 1.8 90hp, but the gasoline versions arent as good as the TDIs

Why would a company with such a small market share (at least in the US) spend valuable resources creating a plug-in hybrid when so many people in the US can't afford homes and, therefore, live in apartment complexes where charging becomes problematic and going to and back from a charging station might take up half the electric range if not more? I would think that the market for a manual transmission is greater than that of a PHEV. Remember that when they say "wildly successful" they don't have a very high bar to jump. Going from 1 to 2 is a a "wildly successful" jump in terms of percentage.

The 2022 had an embedded Battery Heater in Battery Pack and a Ceramic Heater that together worked well at Tempeeatures as low as -30'C. The 2023 2024 and 2025 have no Battery Heater so the Car may not start at Battery Temperatures below -25'C and may not be charged when Battery Temperatures are lower than -30' Also since these Models are now using a Heat Pump one cannot remotely warm up the Cab at temperatures lower than -13'C because no heat is produced Not able to remotely start the ICE. Dince the 2023 Mitsubishi has failed terribly at producing a PHEV that can operate in Cold Weather and that could cause damage to the Drive Battery. Very disappointing.
