Something I noticed when you use your F(or ULT) is that you take way too long to cast it. Once you see the desirable spot to land the center shot of the ULT, use your M1, then the other shots will do the rest for you.

Oh yeah, you should probably read skill descriptions before using a Phighter, or check wiki for specific stats like damage numbers. Rocket's passive encourages you to hit as many enemies as possible, being WITH your teammates, because you gain haste when you either kill or gain an assist. Edit: you can check videos for tips on Phighters, like Rocket
