The amount of money you made in no time and your response is "it feels like no money"? Outrageous. Your price wasn't artificially deflated, the prior sales were grossly inflated.

what mic do you use?
@evavoinigescuАй бұрын
I use all sorts and I still haven't found *the* one. In this video I was using a little cheap Amazon lav shorturl.at/sjRm3 because this room has such high ceilings that I need to hold something very close to my mouth or there will be room echo. I also have a rode video mic which I mount on my camera in some videos and I like, but again it was too far from my mouth for this video. I also have cheap little wireless lavs I use with my phone - but the audio quality is not reliable. shorturl.at/8XjBw I'm hoping to upgrade to the DJI mic mini before the end of the year! instagram.com/reel/DC1hLwNSIu-/?hl=en

Thank you so much for this upload Eva! Im close to monetization as well, just a few 100 more watch hours 😭 The breakdown of how you get paid is very interesting! I always thought it would be after 1000 views per video but it looks like theres a ratio to the RPM/CPM you get paid out on. Just Subscribed!! :)

Great video... question, as someone who is 'shopping on line' for a property...I often see a property listed as 'Novelty' I have no idea what that means? Perhaps it's lost in translation?
@evavoinigescu2 ай бұрын
I've personally never come across the term "novelty" when looking at French properties but I have seen "atypique" property, which I think may be similar. This is what Google AI says about that, but this would be a great first outreach questions to a real estate agent! "An atypique property in France is a unique property with character that stands out from traditional real estate: A loft in a former printery A mill A barge hull A city center apartment with a hidden patio A rooftop apartment with Eiffel Tower views A chapel turned into a modern loft A historic monument transformed into a family home An architect-designed home A contemporary apartment An attic studio"

I used to love France and planned to move to retire in Bordeaux or ceret. But my last trip in September, just last month totally changed my mind. France is good for vacation, a short visit, but not for a permanent place to stay specially if you already have a decent living in the US, California. I can never cope with a country where service everywhere is slow or not at all, France is still a very poor country besides being known a place for tourism. After the covid pandemic, France specially Paris could hardly recover from the slow crashed economy that makes them hungry of money from American USD. We were scammed by the Metro system in Paris by the Metro security staff for a fine of 100 euros on bought tickets. No scanning, no checking on validity of my tickets, they pulled my credit card from my hand like bandits to rob us, in front of their supervisor. I reported to my Bank and this is my last visit to France. How could we trust to live a peaceful life in a such lawless country? There's no way and nowhere to make a complaint as all we could hear is "I am not the one who did it". Does law exist in France?????

I love your videos and I want to watch all of them. However I get a bit sick and dizzy due to quick movements of the camera. You can still show all you need to by slowing down and making slow pans to the right and to the left. I hate to be critical but I just think that a little improvement in technique would help getting your story out enjoyably.

thanks for the vlog, interesting to follow your journey. Have a look at Mirepoix and the area around there; its a thriving town, very french and local and doesn't become a dormitory in the winter like some of the villages on the plains beyond carcassonne. Some of the houses up towards the pyrenees are really off track and of course you can't see the Pyrenees if you are sitting in a crack under them.. 😁

Village house with possible indesirable neighbours, the problem is the police doesn't do anything about that, we did that and won't ever do it again. My advice, get a separate house not a village house!

Another great video! So to confirm, anytime someone buys a house or a condo in France, there will be 8% closing costs? Are you able to do a breakdown of those costs (which are mandatory like taxes, vs which may not be required if you do something yourself)? Thanks!

I would be apt to actually want in a small village than a more touristic place. If there is a market, any water nearby and biking- all good. I bet with the right marketing you can pull in renters- especially those who want the quiet immersive experience.

@nata34676 ай бұрын
not my style ( too formal) but as an investment property - what a winner. So much of it is useable immediately to then support the renovations. The kitchens are easy fixes and the biggest need would be those dedicated bathrooms . Even a pool is possible - with those incredible views

sold- great location , light, cool with the stone, a pool...perfect- bedrooms are for sleeping or reading a book in bed...honestly if you can fit beds and stands enough
